ABAI Survey of Experimental Designs in Clinical and Educational Settings

Dear Behavior Scientists, 
 
You are invited to participate in a web-based online survey on board certified behavior analysts' use of data to inform treatment decisions. This is a research project being conducted by Drs. Corey Peltier and Emily Kuntz at the University of Oklahoma; Dr. Art Dowdy at Temple University; Dr. Emily Gregori at the University of Illinois Chicago; Dr. Catharine Lory at Baylor University; and Dr. Jennifer Quigley at Aspire Autism, Inc. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete (full details are at the end of the email). The following link routes directly to the survey: https://ousurvey.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0TlP41XnCkFU0fQ. The first item on the survey will ask for consent.  
 
Participation
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may refuse to take part in the research or exit the survey at any time without penalty.  
 
Compensation
We will be randomly selecting 50 participants who complete the survey to receive a $20 Amazon Gift Card. 
 
Risks and Benefits
There are no foreseeable risks or benefits involved in participating in this study other than those encountered in day-to-day life. 
 
Confidentiality
Data are collected via an online survey system that has its own privacy and security policies for keeping your information confidential. No assurance can be made as to their use of the data you provide. Once the survey is closed and raffle winners are selected all data will be de-identified and downloaded to OneDrive. No identifiable information will be attached to this dataset. Therefore, your responses will remain anonymous. No one will be able to identify you or your answers, and no one will know whether or not you participated in the study.
